Questions
Does the driver help carry?
No. You load and unload with your own helpers; the driver drives and secures the load.
Which van size do I need?
Small for parcels and small furniture, medium for a bed or a wardrobe, large for furnishing a whole room or a small flat.
Is the store within Portovan’s area?
Pickup and drop-off must be within about 15 km of the centre of Linz. The app tells you when you enter the address.
