Delete your Portovan account

This page explains how to delete your Portovan account (customer app or driver app), what is deleted and what is kept. It applies to both apps.
1. Delete your account in the app
- Open the Portovan app and sign in.
- Go to Account → Delete account and confirm.
- Your account is deleted at once. This cannot be undone.
- While one of your trips is still open (as a customer or as a driver), the app cannot delete the account yet. Finish or cancel the trip first.
2. Ask by email instead
If you cannot use the app, write to george.kassih@gkcoding.dev and give the email address you use to sign in to Portovan. Portovan then deletes the account in the same way as the app does.
3. What is deleted at once
- Your account details: email address, name and phone number. You are signed out on every device.
- Your push tokens and sign-in codes.
- For drivers: the driver profile, the vehicle, vehicle photos and driver documents.
- The problem reports and support requests you made, with their messages and photos, and the notes our support team kept about you.
- The comments of the ratings you gave.
- The route points and all photos (items, delivery) of your trips.
- The trip chats of your trips (messages and photos, also those of the other person).
- Your saved price checks and your saved card link at Portovan.
4. What is kept, and for how long
